ARRI introduces the new SkyPanel X series.
Available in three size configurations (X21, X22 and X23), the modular and groundbreaking SkyPanel X features natural soft, hard and open-face LED technology that sets new standards not only in dimming and color quality, but equally in terms of output for medium to long distances.
With up to 4,800 lux at 10 m and eight pixels per unit, a dynamic CCT range of 1,500 K - 20,000 K, a six-color full-spectrum color engine, wireless control, integrated power supply, advanced networking capabilities and IP66 protection, the SkyPanel X is a highly innovative lighting solution that is also weather-independent and tailored to on-set workflows.
The SkyPanel X can produce soft area light as well as powerful hard or intense open light. Using the X Modular Yoke and the ARRI Quick Lock system, multiple lights can be connected to form a single unit that can then be controlled as a whole.
The X21 Dome comes with every SkyPanel X and produces natural, soft light. It can be used at close range, but at the same time provides perfect illumination from greater distances without losing the solid cone of light. The interchangeable, domed diffuser can be quickly mounted and removed from the front of the headlamp without tools. The X21 Dome is also fully compatible with accessories from other suppliers.
