Our own workshop has been part of the fixed service offer for our customers for several years. Whether spotlights or ballasts, whether dimmers or stands - we repair, maintain and adjust your event equipment quickly, competently and reliably.
In doing so, we do not only offer mechanical maintenance services. Especially in lighting technology, electronics and measurement technology are an integral part of our services. We take over:

In addition, we test new products in our workshop, especially from the LED sector, to see if they meet the strict criteria we set for our product range and carry out tests in accordance with DGUV V-3.
For the organisation
Due to the continuous growth of our services, we depend on your help for the organization. Enclosed you will find a form for repair acceptance as well as for complaints in case of faulty lamps. This form asks for data that will help us to respond to your requests even faster and in a more targeted manner. Please take the time to provide us with this necessary information when sending or submitting repairs and complaints. Thank you very much!
Repair form
In case of non-repair we charge you a handling fee of 59 Euro plus VAT and shipping. The amount will be charged with the repair when commissioned. If the repair is a minor repair and is in a similar amount of the handling fee for non-repair, we take the liberty to repair directly.
