Our in-house workshop has been a central part of our service offering for many years. Whether spotlights, ballasts, dimmers, or stands – we repair, maintain, and calibrate your event equipment quickly, precisely, and reliably.
We go far beyond simple mechanical maintenance: Modern lighting technology requires in-depth expertise in electronics, control systems, and measurement technology, and this is exactly where our strength lies.

The information requested in it helps us process your request more quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Therefore, please take a moment to complete the form in full when sending in or submitting repairs or complaints. Thank you for your support!
Processing Notice
If no repair is carried out, we will charge a processing fee of €59.00 plus VAT and shipping costs. If the repair is commissioned, this amount will of course be deducted. In the case of a minor repair where the cost is approximately equal to the processing fee, we reserve the right to carry out the repair directly.
You can still send us the items by shipping to Cologne or deliver them in person in Essen (by prior telephone appointment).
Repair form
In case of non-repair we charge you a handling fee of 59 Euro plus VAT and shipping. The amount will be charged with the repair when commissioned. If the repair is a minor repair and is in a similar amount of the handling fee for non-repair, we take the liberty to repair directly.
