SWIT CIMO-98S 98Wh USB-C Slim Cine V-mount Battery

The SWIT CIMO-98S battery from the CIMO series provides professional users with a compact and high-performance power solution for demanding cine cameras and camera accessories. Featuring a fly-friendly capacity of 98Wh (6.8Ah) powered by eight ternary lithium cells, this V-mount battery is ideally suited for mobile use on set and video productions.

The integrated ternary lithium cells offer high energy density in a slim housing, alongside excellent low-temperature performance capable of supplying reliable power in environments down to -20°C. Even at 1% remaining capacity, the battery provides a constant high load output of 150W (12A) with a peak load capability of up to 200W.

To power external equipment, the unit includes two D-Tap outputs (150W total) and one USB-A port (18W). Additionally, a universal USB-C port outputs up to 65W (supporting BC1.2, QC2.0/3.0, FCP, SCP, and PD2.0/3.0) to charge laptops and smart devices. Using a compatible USB-C PD charger (≥45W), the battery recharges fully in approximately 2.5 hours.

Designed with a dual housing construction, the CIMO-98S withstands drops from up to 1.2 meters at any angle. A rear LED torch assists with locating the V-mount plate in dark environments and turns off automatically after 60 seconds. Comprehensive protection circuits guard against overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent, and extreme temperatures.
