Kraken™ Self-Fusing Silicone Tape is an all-purpose repair solution engineered for demanding emergency applications across professional environments. The tape is non-adhesive to the touch and fuses permanently to itself when wrapped under tension. By simply stretching and wrapping, it enables rapid emergency repairs on water pipes, electrical cables, connectors, engine hoses, guttering, radiator pipes, exhausts, and numerous other technical installations.
Featuring a tensile strength of up to 700 psi, a dielectric strength of up to 7,000 volts (per 0.51 mm), and a thermal stability range from -65°C to 260°C (-85°F to 500°F), this flexible silicone tape delivers dependable performance in extreme conditions. The product is RoHS compliant.
