Safety according to BGV-C1 by Drahtseile24 – reliable safety wire ropes for loads above people. Our silver electro-galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN EN 13414-1 and are available in constructions 7x7, 7x19, and 6x19. The high number of individual wires ensures excellent flexibility and increased stability. The non-energy-absorbing safety rope is pressed with thimbles (DIN 6899) at both ends and, up to 8 mm rope diameter, permanently secured with a quick link according to DIN 56927 Form B.
Produced to DGUV 215-313 (formerly BGV-C1/BGI 810-3), these safeties are suitable for securing loads above people. Important: Install without any fall distance; if not possible, the maximum drop of the secured equipment must not exceed 20 cm. Each rope carries a compliant identification tag. Working loads correspond to Table 8 (p. 24) of the DGUV guideline.
We use high-grade industrial steel and ensure full quality control with our calibrated drop test machines. Upon request, we provide a factory certificate to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a detailed test report. Quick links meet DIN 56927 and DGUV requirements for events and productions.
