The Chris James S2 Tough Spun 1/2 Stop is a versatile filter gel designed for light correction and coloration. Ideal for theatre, film sets, photo studios and live events, it provides a controlled 1/2 stop reduction in light output while delivering smooth, even diffusion.
Through computer-controlled manufacturing, colour consistency from roll to roll is guaranteed. All Chris James filters are produced to British Standard 3944 and ISO 9002. Advanced quality control, including a dedicated colour management system, spectral-photometric curves and colour space analysis, ensures reliable and repeatable results. Finally, every roll is checked with the most sensitive measuring device of all: the human eye.
