The VELVETLight KOSMOS 200 Bi-Color is a compact LED Fresnel with a built-in ballast, delivering outstanding output thanks to its advanced VELVET white light engine. It provides beautifully natural illumination with excellent color accuracy, making it ideal for high-end film, TV, and studio productions.
Color temperature is continuously adjustable from 2700K to 6500K, with Green/Magenta fine-tuning from full Plusgreen to full Minusgreen, allowing perfect matching to cameras, sets, and ambient light. The 0–100% dimming is ultra-smooth and flicker-free at frame rates above 12,000 fps, ready for demanding high-speed shoots.
The motorized zoom Fresnel shifts the beam angle seamlessly from 10° to 45°, controllable locally or via DMX-RDM (with optional LumenRadio) – no physical access to the fixture required. The large 250 mm borosilicate glass Fresnel lens creates a classic Fresnel look with consistent color reproduction, natural shadows, and the signature VELVET softness for cinematic images.
Built from lightweight recycled aluminum, KOSMOS combines durability with sustainability and is truly made to last – 100% manufactured in Europe. The intelligent cooling system with passive liquid cooling and a silent fan offers multiple modes (FAN OFF, SILENT, FULL SPEED, DYNAMIC) for ultra-quiet operation on set and ensures an LED lifetime of more than 50,000 hours.
With intuitive onboard controls, preset buttons, DMX-RDM connectivity and optional wireless control, the VELVETLight KOSMOS 200 Bi-Color is fully production-ready for any professional lighting setup.
