The Schneider ND 1.2 SEH Cine Filter is designed for professional film and video production. In its soft graduation version, it enables smooth and subtle image compositions, making it ideal for both wide-angle and long lenses.
This filter delivers consistent neutral density across the full light spectrum from 350–1,000 nm and effectively eliminates IR pollution on all modern sensors – without introducing any color cast.
Its main purpose is to balance overall scene exposure to retain detail in both highlights and shadows, for example bright skies combined with a shaded foreground. Choose the Soft Edge version for short and mid-range scenes where you need natural, gentle transitions within the frame.
