The Schneider Classic ND Cine Filters are a line of eight multi-coated grey neutral density filters that give you precise control over the amount of light hitting the sensor – without any color shift. This lets you manage exposure independently from aperture and shutter speed while maintaining accurate, natural color reproduction.
With their excellent color consistency, Classic ND filters can be stacked without introducing unwanted color casts, minimizing the time you spend on color grading in post-production. Even under very bright lighting conditions, you can shoot with wide open apertures to achieve shallow depth of field and still maintain perfect exposure – ideal for a cinematic, professional image.
The filters are coated across the visible to near-infrared spectrum (380–780 nm) and effectively reduce infrared pollution. The durable multi-resistant BBAR anti-reflection coating suppresses reflections and enhances contrast, while the black edge sealing reduces stray light and ensures maximum image quality. Classic ND Cine Filters are available in eight densities from 0.3 to 2.1 and 3.0, giving you the right level of light control for any shooting situation.
