Prices and VAT

All prices displayed in our shop are exclusive of VAT. The statutory value-added tax will be automatically added to your invoice during the checkout process.

Shipping Preparation and Delivery Time

Once your order has been accepted, all in-stock items are promptly prepared for dispatch. Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 business days after full payment has been received. If an item is temporarily unavailable due to high demand or supply bottlenecks, we will inform you promptly about any expected delays.

Shipping Providers

You can choose between UPS and Hermes as your preferred shipping provider. Please note, however, that depending on the size and weight of your order, we may select an alternative shipping service or even a freight forwarding company to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Of course, we will inform you in advance should this be necessary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and packaging costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your ordered items. For bulky goods such as stands, floppies, flags, cutters, or similar products, shipping by freight carrier may be required. Shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are also determined individually according to the weight and size of the items.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that in the event of a return due to non-satisfaction, the shipping costs for returning the goods must be covered by the buyer.
