Manfrotto Micro 2" Jaw Vice Clamp

Product information "Manfrotto Micro 2" Jaw Vice Clamp"
Painstakingly crafted and tested to improve safety on set, the Vice Jaw Clamp makes it easier for the professional content creator to focus on the project they are working on, comfortable in the knowledge that their equipment is in safe hands... or should we say jaws!
The Vice Jaw Clamp line up is made up of four different variants tailored to help solve endless challenges on set; including two heavy duty end jaw clamps, featuring a fixed jaw at the end of the threaded rod, ideal for positioning in tight spaces available with either a 6” / 15cm or a 2“ / 5cm opening capacity, both featuring a
5/8” / 16mm baby pin. One Heavy Duty 3” / 7.5cm Centre Jaw Clamp which has a fixed jaw mounted at the base of the 5/8” / 16mm baby pin for more secure mounting of heavier fixtures and to complete the range a
2” / 5cm Micro End Jaw Clamp featuring a 1/4" female thread and 1/4" to 1/4" male adapter for lighter duty applications and a knurled shaft ideal for mounting in a C-Stand grip head for gripping objects such as light controls or props.
Backed up with state-of-the-art lab and real-world testing, these clamps have unmatched industry leading payload ratings; from 55lbs / 25kg for the Micro End Jaw Clamp, 110lbs / 50kg for the two End Jaw variants to an impressive 176lbs / 80kg for the Centre Jaw Clamp.
There are some other key differences that sets Manfrotto’s Vice Jaw Clamps apart from the crowd, the first is Manfrotto’s unique super-durable moulded polyurethane “M-Grip” which uses an ultra-tough mechanical fixing to secure it to the jaws rather than an adhesive, making the grip much more durable than a clamp featuring an adhesive pad. Tested up to 20,000 cycles this feature ensures a no compromise durable grip surface that requires no replacement parts, saving the user time and money throughout the life of the clamp.
Another stand out feature of the Vice Jaw Clamp is an industry first; the Anti-Jam design of the clamp mechanism means that the Vice Jaw Clamp is less likely to stick or jam when opened from both its fully closed position following storage or when detached from a mounting point even after prolonged use with a load. Reducing the inconvenience of the jaws becoming jammed and requiring brute force or additional tools to remove it like many of the other clamps of a similar form factor on the market.
